Hi Kim! I love your blog and all the advice. In one of your entries you advised that we should find a good tailor to do alterations…..since I’m a fellow Chicagoan, I was hoping you could maybe recommend your favorite person. I work downtown, and live on the southside, so anywhere in between would be convenient. Thanks!
March 10th, 2008 at 11:02 amThanks. Frank’s is my favorite and the owner, Frank is usually there. Make sure you ask for him and tell him I sent you. Here are his details:

Happy new year!!!! thanks for keeping me in mind I am interested in a style for me that is flattering cost efficient, somewhat sexy and youthful without looking like I’m 22 by my wardrobe.I am 41 I have 4.5 year old boy and a 12 year old girl I am in a good relationship. I like to be comfortable and would like a new refreshing unique look. Thanks. I like heels sometimes. If i can get a heel thats hot and comfortable cool. I own 2 pair of jeans. My size is 12. thanks I would like to invest about $300.00 in functional outfits. I work for headstart office of early childhood and I am off for the summer so I am looking for a combination of work and play outfits.
March 13th, 2008 at 8:35 pmHi Kim, you look great! Do you have any children? My biggest fashion issue is that I am a mother of three, and I just can not get out of the sweats funk
June 10th, 2008 at 5:41 pmHey Michelle -
No children but I work with nother’s all the time. Remember, it is just as easy to put on a cotton lycra dress or skirt as it is sweats. Did you see the episode with Tamara?

October 6th, 2008 at 1:00 pmHi Kimberly,
I enjoyed meeting you today at FFC. I look forward to seeing you in the kickboxing class again.
Thanks for the tip about where to dye my blue jeans. Love the name of your business.
Here is a link that takes you directly to the site for FXW that I was telling you about. Sorry I wasn’t able to highlight the link for you. I’m still not tech savvy.
Thanks, Monica

I’m tickled to death that you published our exchange after the show on Saturday. I still feel like I’m the world’s best dressed man day in and day out, but if I have to lose, then I will gracefully tip my cap to our President Obama!
Anyway it was great meeting you, please put my email on your mailing list and keep me up to date with what’s hot!
Oh and btw you put me on blast with the maybe he wasn’t that funny comment…LOL

May 6th, 2009 at 11:04 amLove this site. Kim do you have any tips for top heavy full figured women?
May 21st, 2009 at 5:29 amHey Renee, of course I do. I just wrote a post for you — How to minimize the appearance of large breasts. Let me know what you think. I also put in a couple of links to older posts and I’ll keep giving you information. Just let me know what assets you want to flaunt and what you want to camouflage.
May 21st, 2009 at 10:23 pmKim,
Hey! I really appreciate the blog. I read something a while back about “collar guards” and a similar product for arm pits. Can you tell me where I can find these products in the stores? I have a few shirts that are really nice fitting and I want to protect them for as much wear/use, as I can.
Thanks for the help and I wish you the best of luck in 2010!
February 1st, 2010 at 1:05 pmSolutions that Stick have products for both issues. Visit them here http://www.garmentguard.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=9.
